9月换题说明
1.每年1月5月9月都是官方口语换题的时候
，每年3次，年年如此，不必惊慌，换题之后的题库大小、题目难度完全一样。
2.换题的时候Part1会替换40%的题目，Part2会替换50%的题目，Part3同Part2。
3.在九月的第一场考试开始之前，谁都不知道新题是什么，只能根据考试规律推断出不换的那些题目内容，如本文档所示。所以所有机构和老师在9月之前的新题预测都纯属扯淡，不信，你可以看9月之后他们自己再发的口语预测。
