"小戏骨"，字面上来翻译，就是young artists。还有一种版本比较萌，叫"Tiny performers"，联想到屏幕里那一个个满满胶原蛋白的脸蛋儿，是不是觉得这个翻译特别可爱？

小戏骨已经不是第一次刷屏了，上一波最热烈的是《白蛇传》。湖南卫视自2015开播小戏骨栏目以来，已经出了很多出挑的作品，比如：
· 《刘三姐》Liu Sanjie
· 《焦裕禄》Jiao Yulu
· 《洪湖赤卫队》Red Guards on Honghu Lake
· 《白毛女》The White-haired Girl
· 《白蛇传》Lady White Snake
· 《红楼梦》The Dream of the Red Chamber
很多人会好奇这些经典电视剧翻拍的过程，但小戏骨栏目组对此付出的努力远非人们想象。根据《人民日报》的报道，整个拍摄包括了四个部分：海选、拍摄、表演教学和幕后制作(open audition, TV shooting, professional teaching and behind-the-scenes)。
以这次的《红楼梦》为例，除了得到87版《红楼梦》音乐和化妆主创人员的指导外，在87版《红楼梦》中扮演贾宝玉的欧阳奋强也被邀请前来给这些小演员说戏。

记得16年《白蛇传》开播的时候，这群才6到12岁的孩子就引爆了国内的社交平台。英文版《中国日报》还专门配发文章 Tiny performers in 'Lady White Snake' adaptation steal audiences' hearts《白蛇传小演员偷走了观众的心》。

Reshooting TV series has been a common topic in China in recent years. Overshadowed by the glamour of original TV productions, new versions of classic works, more often than not, have had audiences complaining about nonsensical plot points, poor acting skills and ubiquitous embedded marketing.
翻拍电视剧近年来在中国很常见。新版电视剧往往难以超过原版的经典，还因其毫无新意的情节、令人捉急的演技和无处不在的嵌入式市场营销饱受观众诟病。
A case in point is the never-ending reshooting of Lady White Snake, also known as the Legend of the White Snake.

对于这一次小戏骨的再度爆红，《中国日报》给出的评价是：
To many faithful readers of the book, the young actors and actresses brought the characters alive again.
对于很多本书(《红楼梦》)的忠实读者而言，这群萌娃再一次把书中的角色演活了。
