考研英语阅读看题干时态的重要性详解

很多考研学子辛苦几年，一朝上考场，就彻底因为不注意细节，而辜负当初的誓言，就因为，审阅题干时不愿意耐心一点，好好看看题干的要求，尤其是时态，完全置若罔闻，坚决不去看，这样的审题能力，怎么能考好，所以考研阅读一定要看时态，尤其是题干，找好定位，加油哟~~~下面于杉老师给广大考研学子来几个例子，供考研学子玩赏：
例一：
2005年阅读第三篇：Of all the components of a good night’s sleep, dreams seem to be least within our control. In dreams, a window opens into a world where logic is suspended and dead people speak. A century ago, Freud formulated his revolutionary theory that dreams were the disguised shadows of our unconscious desires and fears; by the late 1970s, neurologists had switched to thinking of them as just “mental noise” -- the random byproducts of the neural-repair work that goes on during sleep. 【分析】本题答案是A项，首先，要定位好题干是come to意思是开始，意思就是现在，就是now的意思，然后回到原文第一段，发现，第一段的前半段时态都在过去，而段中的now一下子就把时态定位好了，答案一定在now之后，所以，找好时态，就可以免去麻烦，锁定答案所在范围内寻找答案，肯定正确率就高一些，now后面的关键词于杉老师已经划出，考生自己琢磨即可推出答案即有意识地控制。
例二：
考研英语一2010年阅读第二篇：Over the past decade, thousands of patents have been granted for what are called business methods. Amazon.com received one for its "one-click" online payment system. Merrill Lynch got legal protection for an asset allocation strategy. One inventor patented a technique for lifting a box.
Nowthe nation's top patent court appears completely ready to scale back on business-method patents, which have been controversial ever since they were first authorized 10 years ago. In a move that has intellectual-property lawyers abuzz the U.S. court of Appealsfor the federal circuit said it would use a particular case to conduct a broad review of business-method patents.

【分析】本题答案是D选项，根据题干时态recently,这个词即now的意思，所以答案很快锁定在原文第二段的开头，而第一段都在讲过去十年，所以可以说，第一段肯定不是答案所在段落，果然，第一段在错误选项中出现了，所以只要锁定好题干时态，则错误选项就能立马排除，正确答案就在now之后，而这里now之后还涉及到过去时态since......10 years ago,则since句中的内容之也是表示过去的，因此又排除，最后仔细阅读后，发现是在in a move....此句中，因为第二段开头的now这句其实就是举措，就是in a move中的move，即move=now后面patent court的举措，而in a move中的意思是引起了abuzz就是，大家热烈讨论的意思，因此，答案就在此句中。
例三：
考研英语一2012年阅读第一篇：

【分析】本题答案是D选项，注意题干中的often意思是经常，即大家普遍认为，一般作者都会标新立异，所谓的大家认为的，都是作者反驳的，因为作者要立新，要说个新研究来推到大家认为的，所以这个大家经常认为的，其实就是代表过去事态哟~~，而且这里often，很快锁定到原文中的usually，后面的A lead to B ,lead to 是导致的意思， A就是B的原因，后面的no good都是不好的行为的意思，而且还用扩折号举例说明一下，所以，答案迅速锁定D，A is a cause of B =A lead to B ,A 都是B的原因，其中，undesirable=not good。
例四：
考研英语一2013年阅读第三篇：
Up until a few decades ago, our visions of the future were largely—though by no means uniformly—glowingly positive.Science and technology would cure all the ills of humanity, leading to lives of fulfilment and opportunity for all.

【分析】本题答案是B，by其实后面就是表示原因的，be inspired表示被鼓励，潜台词，对将来充满积极心态，充满阳光，by后面就是原因，被鼓励到的原因，因此本题是原因题，题干时态used to表示过去，即考察的是过去时态中的内容，所以锁定后，就是第一段，其中，说道对将来是闪耀着积极glowing positive，意思是对将来特别有信心，被鼓励到，就是定位到本题题干be inspired, 而之所以有信心是因为下一句，即科学技术将会治疗一切，这不就是对科学技术的信仰么，这里的第二句和第一句暗含因果逻辑，而不用because等表因果逻辑词，直接用句号来表示的，这个要注意。
